• We perform a final home preparation, and completes your “to-do” list.
• We walk through the home together and you can point out anything you’d like us to look further into.
• We then run through the a Home Demonstration, where we will show you all the lights, appliances, fixtures, etc…
• Wrap-up the financial allowances.
• Schedule and complete the closing.
