Wow! Check it out… at this point your Courtesy Custom Home is really starting to form. We’re almost there, it’s the home stretch. During the Wall Finishes & Roofing stage we:



• Install and check all insulation (and foam if elected to use).
• Install sheetrock.
• Apply wall textures.
• During this stage you will approve wall texture samples, approve exterior stone pattern/color, and approve stucco or brick color and texture.
• You’ll also approve the roofing tile. Just want to make sure we’re all on the same page before we get to work for you!
