STEP 11:
PERMITS & CITY APPROVAL
In order to build any home, the City must approval the final plans. Don’t worry though, we take care of all that work for you:
- Courtesy Custom Homes submits plans to all local authorities.
- We attend any and all meetings that city council or building inspectors require.
- We follow the rule book. We DO NOT start building until we’ve been approved by the proper authorities.
